My Conversations with God by Carlos Aranda @Losman1976 #Christian #NonFiction

“ATM”
With new technology today, we can go mostly anywhere and find an ATM and pull out money instead of having to find a bank. We deposit money, and when we need it, we withdraw it. In our lives, we have to be careful of what we put into the bank of our heart. The Bible says in Luke 6:45, “For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.” If we get angry and stay angry without forgiveness, we deposit anger. So in our actions, we withdraw from the anger of our heart. Anger is not the only thing that can be deposited or withdrawn; there is also fear, sadness, depression, and others. So why not deposit the fruit of the spirit? If you deposit love, the seed of love then can produce the rest in peace, joy, kindness, longsuffering, self-control, meekness, goodness, and faithfulness. Now that’s an investment you can take to the bank.

This book is a biblical perspective on how God wants us to see and get through the trials that life brings our way. It is a book of conversations and things brought to our attention that we may not always see and how through scripture God wants us to get through them.
