Author Interview – Samantha Barrett

Have you met any people in the industry who have really helped you? Yes, my editor, Gary Broughman of CHB Media.

What do you hope people will take away from your writing? How will your words make them feel? Again, I hope parents learn the signs that their child may need help. Some of the book is sad, but it’s 100% true and in real life there is always some sadness. You may be frustrated by some of my horrible mistakes. I’ve been told people have trouble putting it down, like a soap opera, they want to know what consequences my actions will bring. And some may get turned on during the sex stories. I lived out some fantasies, and the one thing I can tell you is to let fantasies stay in your mind. They aren’t at all what you think they’re going to be like in real life; and you lose that fantasy!
